REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy

1. General Policy At Health By Mak, we strive to provide exceptional personal training services. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not available. However, we understand that certain circumstances may arise, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Valid Reasons for Refund Consideration Refunds may be considered under the following valid circumstances:

Medical Issues: If you are unable to continue training due to a documented medical condition or serious illness, a refund may be issued upon submission of a doctor’s note.

Family Emergency: In the event of a family death or other significant emergency that prevents you from participating in training sessions, a refund request may be considered with valid documentation.

Trainer Cancellation: If Health By Mak is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services and no suitable alternative is provided, a refund or credit may be issued.
3. Refund Process To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit a written request via email to makayla.eller.pt@gmail.com with the reason for your refund request.

Provide any necessary documentation to support your claim (e.g., medical documentation, death certificate, etc.).

Requests must be made within 2 days of the incident preventing service continuation.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Change of mind or dissatisfaction without valid reason.

Missed sessions without prior notice or cancellation within the agreed timeframe.

Failure to use purchased sessions within their validity period.
5. Alternative Options Instead of a refund, we may offer:

Session rescheduling where possible.

Account credit for future services.
